Zero Tolerance Policy

Our zero-tolerance policy dictates that second chances are not permitted. A seminarian will be dismissed without prior warning for any of the following offenses:  

• Abuse of minors or any form of sexual misconduct.
• The use of drugs or consumption of alcohol, whether on or off campus.
• Viewing of pornography.
• Staying overnight off the premises without prior permission.
• Leaving the seminary grounds without permission during active sessions.
• Engaging in fights with fellow seminarians.
• Visiting neighboring villages

Dismissal Policy

Repeated violations of the following will result in dismissal:

• Chewing betel-nut in or around the campus
• Using cell phones on unapproved days
• Bartering—exchanging items like tin fish, toilet tissues, laundry detergent, soap and soft drinks for things such as betel-nut and cigarettes, or receiving favors in return
• Entering the ancillary staff area or engaging in bartering there
• Smoking on or off campus
• Frequent illnesses leading to absenteeism without proper justification
